Built for the stylist who works for herself.
Why this exists
An independent stylist is running an entire small business between blow-dries. The booking, the deposits, the retail, the receipts, the client who needs reminding, the formulas, and a tax situation nobody sat down and explained. Most of the software aimed at her was built for salons with a front desk, then shrunk down.
So the parts that matter most to someone working alone are usually the parts that got cut. Formulas end up in a notes app. Taxes end up as a payout report and a shrug. The client list ends up somewhere you cannot get it back out of.
BackBar Pro is an attempt to build the version where those are the point rather than the afterthought: a real home for formulas, tax help that actually does the arithmetic, and a client history that survives longer than your memory does.
Four things we will never do
Who you are actually emailing
Support is not a queue in another timezone. Messages go to a person who works on the app, which is the one genuine advantage of being small, and the reason it will stay that way as long as it can.
