Is retail tracking free, or do I need Premium?

Tracking retail by hand, adding products, counting stock, setting your markup, is on every plan. Scanning a bottle or an invoice to add stock is Premium, on the retail shelf and on the others. The Color Bar, Extensions, Backbar and Supplies shelves are Premium in full.

Can I scan a price off a bottle?

No, and nothing pretends to. A cost only ever comes off an invoice line, because a container never has your wholesale price printed on it. Scan a bottle and you get the brand, name and size; the cost is left blank for you to fill in.

Does selling a product update my stock on its own?

Yes, whether you added it to an appointment or rang it up as a walk-in payment. The count comes down as it sells, and the sale lands in your income and your tax numbers with everything else.

Will BackBar Pro reorder for me when something runs out?

No. When something drops to the level you set you get a low-stock badge, a restock task, and a line in the morning digest. Reorder adds it to a shopping list you keep yourself; nothing is ever sent to a supplier on your behalf.
