Payments run through Stripe under your own connected account. We store records such as amounts, dates, and status. The card number is handled by Stripe and we never see it.

What we ask of you
The records you keep about your clients are yours, and so is the responsibility for collecting them with your clients' knowledge. A few things that are worth doing:
- Tell clients what you record, especially photos and health or allergy notes
- Use a password you do not use anywhere else
- Sign out on any device that is not yours
- Take a Backup export now and then, the same as you would with anything that matters
