The honest part

No import carries everything, from anywhere. Saved cards never move, because card details live with the payment processor rather than the booking app, and you would not want software that could hand them around. Reviews stay on the platform that collected them. Gift card balances come across as a list we credit by hand.

Color formulas and client notes are the ones worth planning for. Most booking apps do not include them in any export, so those come over as screenshots that we file to the right client. It is the least glamorous part of the move and the part people are most relieved to have done for them.
